This Post is Full of Awesome.
First, let me begin this post by saying that Carnal Passions has bought Book IV of my Desert Princes of Jikkar, THE SPIDER PRINCE!! That one will be coming Feb. ’11, as each prince is releasing every two months. Viper was Aug., Scarab is Oct., Falcon is Dec., and now Spider in Feb. I’m currently working on Book V, THE JACKAL PRINCE, and I’m assuming it should be releasing in April of ’11. Woohoo!! \O/
Also, I don’t know if you remember my Christmas novella from 2005 in the Mistletoe Magic Anthology. Well, that anthology has gone out of print, however, Champagne Books is re-releasing my novella on it’s own this Christmas. So if you never got your copy of this novella, you’ll get your chance – again – in December! It’s one of my rare “vanilla” contemporary romances (meaning there’s no vamps/shifters/ghosts/etc.). And in celebration, I’d like to share the cover for UNDERNEATH THE MISTLETOE:

Last but not least, remember that little con I went to recently called PAX PRIME? Do you remember how I said DH and I had participated in a fun little video with Paul and Storm, Wil Wheaton, Jonathan Coulton, Molly Lewis, and MC Frontalot? Guess what?! It’s finished and posted to You Tube!!
Two of our other friends are in the vid as well… the guy in grey with a backpack (right after they cross the first street) and a baseball cap… and the guy with the red shirt and the hat and glasses. Of course, it’s totally okay if you don’t see these guys, because you’re actually looking for me and my husband, the ones in the loooong line against the outer wall of the Sheraton. We’re the geeks in the yellow “Wesley Crushers” shirts.
Absolutely cannot miss us.
As an aside, P&S were staying at the Red Lion, EXACTLY the same hotel WE stayed at, however, we never ran into them. *sad face* So, in the vid, you also get to see the very same lobby and the very same way all of us geeks walked to get to PAX every day of the con. Enjoy the vid! It’s great! Now, I can put, “In short Indie film with Wil Wheaton” on my resume of awesome geekery.
